And, as you stated, even when the pre-sunset and sunset is a kick-ass religious experience, it&#039;s good to realize that post-sunset will likely give you best saturation and useful tonal range for photos.

I am surprised you did not mention using manual exposure control. Find the right exposure combo then you have a lot of freedom for composing, and your exposures will be very consistent. Every couple minutes you can crank up the ISO a little tad or lower shutter speed or open aperture to compensate for the reduced light.</description>
